I am a wife and mom of 5 busy kids. I love life coaching and have always found joy in helping people learn to look at their obstacles in a positive way. I am someone easy to talk to and lives life to the fullest.
I am human and have obstacles of my own. Weight loss was my enemy and I was stuck in a yo-yo diet rut. I have always struggled with seeing my worth. I struggled with looking in the mirror with ease. I had low self-confidence and underestimated my worth and felt defeated for decades.
I remember feeling guilty for working and guilty for going back to work. I knew I could be my best in both worlds and still take care of myself. I just needed direction.
I remember after having a baby I had trouble enjoying my new bundle of joy because I was battling my weight and how out of control I felt. I felt alone, depressed and felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel.
One day I realized I was setting myself up for failure. Failure with my weight loss also caused a downward spiral of mom guilt, time management, relationships, money and the list goes on. Food was my way to cope with life. I realized my failures could teach me how to succeed. I then enrolled in The Life Coach School to share the power of coaching.
I feel blessed to work with clients who are feeling like they are reading the first chapter in a novel but can't seem to get to the next chapter. My clients are ready to change because they are transitioning into a different chapter in their life.
My clients are ready to break the cycle of body image so they can show up for themselves and their children. It is time to start turning the page to the next chapters in your book. They are ready to start working on themselves to show up and be the version they want to be.

These pictures are 60 pounds apart. I learned counting calories, paying for the next new diet, restricting myself from my favorite foods does NOT work! It was time to learn why I was sneaking food, binge eating, hiding my kids candy so I could have it, and eating my emotions. Sounds familiar?
